Your online company profile is your opportunity to grab the attention of attendees prior to the event opening. All information will be displayed on the exhibitor list on the website and in the show guide at the event.

Please note: the final date to add / amend your profile for the Show Guide is 11th July 2024. Any changes made after this date will be reflected on the website & app, but are not guaranteed to be in the printed Show Guide.

A daily events diary will be compiled for journalists and any information on exhibitor-related events should be forwarded to for inclusion.

Exhibitors who make their own efforts to promote their presence at exhibitions will increase the level of response they receive from visitors. Below is a list of complimentary marketing initiatives to boost your exposure at EDEX, and make sure you download the Exhibitor Publicity Guide for more ideas.

Show Logo: A high-res show logo can be sent to you for you to include on any promotional material you send out.

Web Banners: We can provide you with a range of EDEX web banners to be used on websites, blogs, social media and eshots to promote the show. Just let us know what size you require.

Personalised Digital Invites: We can design a personalised PDF invitation from your company that you can send to your clients.

Email Marketing: We can design an EDEX branded, personalised eshot for you to send out to your database/clients.

Email Signature: A personalised email signature can be designed for you to use.

Social Media: Please send any photographs or videos with a caption and if newsworthy we will guarantee to feature this on our social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

PR: If you have any relevant press releases, captioned photographs and other relevant information you can upload them to the E-Zone, and you can also send any newsworthy stories to which could be included in any pre-exhibition publicity material.

All of the above are complimentary and will alert customers and potential clients of your presence at the event and ultimately help drive visitors to your stand. Please note that PR Agency staff are not eligible for Press Badges and will not be granted access to the show, or the press centre as media. If you work with a PR Agency and would like their staff to attend, then please ensure that they are provided with exhibitor passes from your allocation, or they can register as visitors.

A list of media who have preregistered to attend will be available to exhibitors and their PR agencies as the event draws closer. Please contact Khaled Tarek ( to request this.


The Media Centre will be available to Media badge holders only.

Please note: Media badges are strictly limited to members of the media e.g. Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers & Broadcasters. Applicants will be required to supply accreditation details before an application is confirmed. Non-editorial staff (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR agency staff) do not qualify for press badges and should be provided for under your exhibitor pass allocation or register as a trade visitor to attend.

The Media Centre will be fully operational throughout the exhibition and will have WIFI and printing facilities.
