WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES?
WHO CAN ATTEND?
EIAS is only open to visitors who are engaged in legitimate areas of the defence, commercial aviation, space and business aviation industries. The general public are NOT allowed entry to Egypt International Airshow.
Children under 18 years old will NOT be permitted entry onto the site.
WHERE WILL THE CONFERENCE TAKE PLACE?

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VENUE?
All approved visitors will be sent joining instructions on how to access the venue prior to the show.
Shuttle Buses will also operate between Rixos Premium Alamein, Rixos Premium Alamein Adults Only (Crystal Inn), Tolip North Coast, Tolip Resort Paradise, Tolip Resort Sunrays and the Airshow site on a continuous loop.
For security reasons, all personnel must wear their badges during the show. Once registered and approved, kindly ensure you have printed your digital badge on A4 paper and bring it with you to the show.
VISITOR REGISTRATION
HOW DO I REGISTER AS A VISITOR?
Anyone wishing to attend the exhibition (including those who have been invited by an exhibitor) must pre-register online via the official website to guarantee free entry, once online registration is live. Registration will be live 10 weeks before the event begins.
All registrations will go through a verification process prior to the event.
It is free to register for the show online.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGE?
You will be emailed your print-at-home badge in advance of the show. We highly encourage you to print your badges on A4 paper in colour and bring it with you to the show.
Any type of EIAS 2024 badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered user.
Registration fees:
- Visitor registration for EIAS is free.
- New Space Horizons Conference: Final tickets are on sale for $550.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE EXHIBITOR ZONE (E-ZONE) AND EXHIBITOR MANUAL?
The E-ZONE is an online tool where you will find all the information you need to plan your participation at EIAS, including the Exhibitor Manual.
The E-ZONE is open and and login details have been sent to each exhibitor.

HOW DOES THE VIP DELEGATION PROGRAMME WORK?
Our VIP engagement team work directly with exhibitors to create relevant, balanced programmes for each delegation, ensuring suppliers of appropriate products and services are matched with potential customers.
Each exhibitor will be sent a login to select which delegations they want to meet whilst at EIAS.
HOW DO I ORDER CATERING?
The official show caterer is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition venue, including stand deliveries. All stand catering requirements must be booked and ordered through the official show caterer. No external catering contractors are permitted on site.
WILL THERE BE A SHOW GUIDE AT THE EVENT?

El Alamein is a city in Egypt, located on the Mediterranean Sea. Alexandria is 106 km away and Cairo is 240km.
WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE BUSES FROM HOTELS?
Shuttle Buses will operate between Rixos Premium Alamein, Rixos Premium Alamein Adults Only (Crystal Inn), Tolip North Coast, Tolip Resort Paradise, Tolip Resort Sunrays and the Airshow site on a continuous loop.
At the Airshow, follow signs to the shuttle bus stops outside.
WILL THERE BE FLIGHTS TO EL ALAMEIN INTERNATIONAL AIPORT?
There will be daily flight options from Cairo International Airport to El Alamein International Airport during the build up, event days and break down to support our exhibitors and visitors on their travel arrangements. WHAT ARE THE VISA REGULATIONS?
Visitors to Egypt must obtain a visa from one of the Egyptian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries or countries that are eligible for visa on arrival. Visitors must hold passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival to Egypt.
Visitors from the following countries will need to obtain security approval and visas in advance from their embassy:
- Indonesia
- Jordan
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Malaysia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Turkey
- Canada
Visas on arrival are available for passport holders from Australia, Georgia, Japan, South Korea, Macedonia, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and all EU citizens.
