*This is due to the Presidential Tour taking place on 8th of September.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

EIAS is only open to visitors who are engaged in legitimate areas of the defence, commercial aviation, space and business aviation industries. The general public are NOT allowed entry to Egypt International Airshow.

Children under 21 years old will NOT be permitted entry onto the site.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Business attire or service dress is the required dress code for all attendees at EIAS.

WILL THERE BE PRAYER ROOMS?

The venue has designated male and female prayer rooms. Please follow signs to the Prayer Rooms onsite.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?

There will be various restaurants and catering outlets within the show.

IS THE EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

Egypt International Airshow is open to trade and business visitors only. Attendees must be engaged in a relevant business activity, and a business card may be required as proof of eligibility to attend.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGE?

You will be emailed your print-at-home badge in advance of the show. We highly encourage you to print your badges on A4 paper in colour and bring it with you to the show.

Any type of EIAS 2026 badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered user.

Registration fees:

  • Visitor registration for EIAS is free.
  • Aerospace Future Technology Symposium: Final tickets are on sale for $530.

WHAT DOES THE VISITOR BADGE INCLUDE ACCESS TO?

The visitor pass gives you access to the Exhibition and the Airshow on Tuesday, 8 September to Thursday, 10 September, you will also have access to:

  • Exhibition halls
  • Flying displays
  • Static displays

WHAT ID DO I NEED TO BRING?

All persons attending the exhibition should carry and produce on request a supporting personal photographic identity document – either a valid international passport or national ID.

HOW MANY EXHIBITOR BADGES DO WE HAVE?

Number of Badges are automatically determined according to your stand type and space.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE EXHIBITOR ZONE (E-ZONE) AND EXHIBITOR MANUAL?

The E-ZONE is an online tool where you will find all the information you need to plan your participation at EIAS, including the Exhibitor Manual.

The E-ZONE is open and and login details have been sent to each exhibitor.

All order forms for participation at EIAS are available via the E-ZONE. It is possible to do the following via the E-ZONE:

HOW DOES THE VIP DELEGATION PROGRAMME WORK?

Our VIP engagement team work directly with exhibitors to create relevant, balanced programmes for each delegation, ensuring suppliers of appropriate products and services are matched with potential customers.

Each exhibitor will be sent a login to select which delegations they want to meet whilst at EIAS.

HOW DO I ORDER CATERING?

The official show caterer is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition venue, including stand deliveries. All stand catering requirements must be booked and ordered through the official show caterer. No external catering contractors are permitted on site.

El Alamein is a city in Egypt, located on the Mediterranean Sea. Alexandria is 106 km away and Cairo is 240km.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMODATION OPTIONS IN EL ALAMEIN CITY?

IS THERE PARKING?

Parking is available onsite for exhibitors and visitors. All vehicles will be directed to the car parks by traffic marshals. As parking spaces are limited we request that visitors car share or use taxis where possible.

ARE THERE ATMS ONSITE?

There won’t be any ATMs onsite at the event. The closest ATM will be in El Alamein City, so please do plan accordingly.

The national currency in Egypt is the Egyptian Pound.

VISA INFORMATION

Visitors travelling to Egypt may require a visa depending on their nationality and the purpose of their visit. Travellers who are not exempt from visa requirements may be eligible to obtain an Egypt e-Visa online, a visa on arrival, or may be required to obtain a visa in advance through an Egyptian embassy or consulate.

All travellers should ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Egypt. Additional documentation, including travel itineraries, hotel reservations and supporting or invitation letters, may also be required depending on the purpose of travel.

Egypt e-Visa

Citizens of eligible countries can apply for a tourist e-Visa through Egypt's official Electronic Visa Portal. Applications should be submitted at least seven days before departure.

The current e-Visa programme is available to citizens of a wide range of countries, including Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Serbia, South Korea, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, EU member states and many others.

Visa on Arrival

According to current Egyptian consular guidance, visas on arrival are available to passport holders from several countries, including:

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • Georgia

  • Japan

  • New Zealand

  • North Macedonia

  • Norway

  • South Korea

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • European Union member states

Egypt is also introducing a digital visa-on-arrival system, beginning at Cairo International Airport, replacing traditional visa stickers with QR-code-based visas as part of the country's ongoing digitalisation of entry procedures.

Prior Approval and Embassy Visas

Some nationalities and holders of certain travel documents may require prior approval from the Egyptian authorities before a visa can be issued. Requirements may also vary according to factors such as nationality, age, residency status and type of travel document.

Travellers who are not eligible for an e-Visa or visa on arrival should contact the nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate well in advance of travel to confirm the applicable requirements.

Visa and entry regulations may change, so all visitors are strongly advised to check the latest requirements applicable to their nationality before booking or travelling.
