All personnel working on your stand from 26th August and throughout the show will be required to have a badge. You must also carry ID at all times as there will be checks at the entrances to the site. Note - all badges are free of charge and there is an unlimited allocation for all badges at EIAS.

Here are the types of badges available through the Exhibitor Badge Portal: 

1. Exhibitor Badge: This is all personnel from your company that will be working at the stand during build and the show days.
2. Service Provider Badge: any contractor personnel working on your stand that will need access during show hours, e.g. stand catering staff, hostesses.
3. Contractor Badge: Official Contractors will be sent a link to register their staff. If your stand contractor is not one of the Official Contractors, you can register them via the portal. Contractor badges will only have access during build up times and will not have access to the show during opening hours.

The deadline to register for exhibitor / service staff badges is 16th August. Registrations after this date will be accepted but we cannot guarantee security clearance pre-event.
