All personnel working on your stand from 26th August and throughout the show will be required to have a badge. You must also carry ID at all times as there will be checks at the entrances to the site.
Contractor badges do not have access during show opening hours. A Contractor is anyone outside of your company that is involved in building your stand.
Official Contractors will be sent a link to register their staff. If your stand contractor is not one of the Official Contractors, you can register them via the portal. Contractor badges will only have access during build up times and will not have access to the show during opening hours.
Please note: if you require a contractor to have access during show days for maintenance or service then please apply for 'Service Provider' badges through the Exhibitor Badge Portal.
